Libra Full Moon Lunar Eclipse

There will be a Libra Full Moon/Lunar Eclipse on March 25 in Melbourne which will focus integrative energy onto the mid-sign positioning of the Nodal Axis, than onto the Sun and Moon! Dwarf planet Ceres (Harvest & Earth), will form a tight square to the Nodes, whilst Venus in Pisces and Jupiter in Taurus will form the base of another tight Yod, the resolution point being the South Node in the  Libra 7th house.

Venus and Jupiter will be in mutual reception by traditional rulerships, so will be able to see things from each others point of view. Venus will have Saturn keeping her feet on the ground, whereas Jupiter will be aided and abetted by Asclepius (Healing), Eros (Life Force), and Dionysus (Other Worldliness). Together they will be able to help us integrate the energy from the Nodes more positively.

Ceres will provide a helpful flow of energy to Jupiter through a tight trine, whereas he will be triggered by a creative flow of knowledge from Asteria (Starry Sky & Astrology) and Imhotep (Master Builder of the Healing Complex at Saqarra), adjusted to meet the help that he will be receiving from Ceres.

The Libra Full Moon will be a Penumbral Lunar Eclipse, at 6.00 pm and 07 degrees Libra 07’, its 8th degree.

The Sabian Symbol for this Moon is “A blazing fireplace in a deserted home” it will enable us to see that even through the most empty hours, a spiritual power is ever ready to welcome and warm up the wayward consciousness returning to center. In other words – hope.

The Sun in the 8th degree of Aries has the symbol of “A large woman’s hat with streamers blown by an East wind”. The key here is sensitivity to spiritual needs, protection and spiritual guidance in the development of consciousness.

This Eclipse Season is part of Saros Series 8 North which started near the North Pole on May 15 1501. Bernadette Brady has suggested “This series will bring inventiveness & flashes of genius. You may experience intuitive leaps, insights, good ideas, visions or vivid dreams which pull you away from your social life or relationships, causing strain in your private life. You will need to be free, even if for only a few weeks”.

So, an inspiring but independent energy for the next two lunations!

This Full Moon will be separated from the South Node by more than 10 degrees making it partial, so not a full “Blood” Moon. As can be seen from the map the eclipse will be centred on the America’s and would have been only partially visible here. However, the timing will decree that the sky won’t be dark at the time.
