Saturn will be the second outer planet moving into Aries and crossing the zero point of the Zodiac, in 2025. This will happen when he joins Neptune on May 25, at 1.37 pm.
Saturn and Mars are considered malefic or difficult planetary energies in traditional astrology, Mars being the ruler of Aries, the sign where he can act in a manner most true to his nature!
Saturn as Lord of Time and Karma is a social planet relating to responsibilities and regulations, getting real about our lives and their direction. In Aries this can be about speedily and wildly starting new initiatives or signing up for new responsibilities but often having to go back and begin again in another timeframe after overcoming some sort of barrier.
This may be due to broken boundaries, or limits being exceeded, it may involve separation, suffering or exile. A kind of start/stop energetic force! There can be impatience when things don’t go as planned, a kind of crisis of faith. The headstrong, wild and brave energy of Aries has no regard for what has come before, Saturn’s connection to tradition, authority and what has previously been acceptable.
Saturn was last in Aries during 1996 to 1999, previously from 1967 to 1969 and also 1937-1940 when World War II was beginning! If you were born with this placement, you are probably more comfortable with risk and prefer to move and take action rather than be cautious.
A crisis of faith coming from the conjunction with Neptune can be depressing or make you impatient.

Saturn and Neptune will be applying conjunct to the dwarf planet Ceres, so she will bring her energy of growing new things to harvest, accompanied by the grief that comes from having to leave behind much that one has nurtured.
