Saturn will exactly conjunct Neptune around midnight of February 20/21 in the 1st degree of the Zodiac 0 degrees and 45′. The Sabian Symbol for the first degree of Aries is “A woman just risen from the sea, a seal is embracing her”! Dane Rudhyar  wrote that this was the emergence of new forms and the potentiality of consciousness, the impulse to be!  It brought to my mind the story of Sedna and this statue to her in the sea by Greenlandic artist Aka Høegh situated in the old colonial harbor of Nuuk, Greenland! By synchronicity the Minor Planetary Body Sedna is making and almost exact partile sextile to the conjunction from 0 Gemini 45′! Who says Minor Body Astrology doesn’t work????

 

Astrologers have been trying to make sense of what this can mean so poignantly placed just 45 minutes of arc into Aries and away from the Zero Aries Point! It is interesting that they will be closely applying to Urania, the Muse of Astronomy and Astrology a at the time!

It can be seen from the chart that two triangles will be formed in the sky. The T Square with Circe and Flora will also involve asteroid Arachne, the Weaver of Destiny, who was turned onto a spider by Pallas Athena for daring to challenge her skill as a weaver. Also, a little more widely  Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, who ensures that everyone gets their just deserts from Fate, which certainly happened to poor Arachne!

The softer blue “Talent Triangle” is re-energized by Saturn and Neptune’s return to the first degree of Aries and involves Uranus conjunct Sedna the Goddess of unbalanced feminine and bad decisions, as well as Mother to the sea mammals. She is applying to Hephaestus the Smith God and Osiris the Egyptian Neter associated with rebirth and the fertility of the land surrounding the Nile. Pluto in Aquarius forms the other corner conjunct Metis the original Goddess of Wisdom and mother of Pallas Athena.

The “Blue” triangle is more productive than the T Square, so can enable Saturn and Neptune to find solutions to what kind Spiritual Warrior we each decide to become. The trine from Uranus to Pluto will strengthen once Uranus enters Gemini in April, meaning revolutionary ideas can spread more rapidly and the future reshaped more rapidly. Saturn is not strong in Aries, so outdated rules and systems may be challenged more easily by imaginative and innovative solutions that are more beneficial to humanity.

The main challenge on a personal level will be to stay focused on what you believe and desire to achieve,  not letting yourself get too caught up and lost in wondering what could be and what it could all mean!
