Venus will retrograde back into Pisces on March 27 at 7.40 pm, just before the Partial Solar Eclipse with the Aries New Moon, on March 29 at 9.57 pm. Let’s hope to see this play out on the world stage. However, the first decan of Aries is ruled by Mars and named “Dominion”, so it doesn’t seem likely!
