The Cancer Winter Solstice on June 21, occurred as the Sun joined Jupiter in the sign at 12.42 pm, making productive sextiles to the ruling Moon in Taurus and Mars conjunct asteroid Asclepius, God of Healing in Virgo. Sol also formed a trine to asteroids Hekate Goddess of Transformation and Mnemosyne Goddess of Memory in Scorpio. There will be a rare aspect pattern formed by two interlocking Yods or Fingers of God formed between Mars sexile Jupiter, each forming an awkward quincunx aspect to Pluto in Aquarius. Mars also making a quincunx aspect to Neptune in Aries who will form a sextile to Pluto! This is likely to indicate the need for much adjustment to ones needs and outlooks on life, in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome to impasses which are bound to take place.
